Last night (08-22-11) saw an interesting story on PBS NewsHour on Americans Elect 2012. Looks like a group of progressives — one former Clinton advisor and an Iraq war vet — serving up an online nominating process for the 2012 U.S. presidential election as an alternative to the traditional process. Interesting. Although, they’ve not yet released their big donor list. www.americanselect.org
