		<description>The primary fault with Vista is that it was much more a marketing release than a technology advance.  This means that this is, arguably, the third straight... maybe fourth straight... release that is much more innovative than inventive, much more marketing than technology.  Arguably, the average computer user would be quite productive with Windows XP (or 2000!) and Office 97.  Upgrades after that -- including Vista and Office 07 -- have been much more for the benefit of M$ than of their customers.</description>
